Payment information is processed by our payment providers. We do not store your complete credit or debit card details ourselves.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate Festive Portrait, create your personalised portrait, fulfil and deliver your order, process payments, provide customer support, detect fraud or abuse, improve the website and communicate with you about your order.

Where you have agreed to receive marketing communications, we may also send you news, offers or product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your photos

Photographs uploaded to Festive Portrait are used to create your personalised portrait and fulfil your order.

• They are not sold.
• They are not supplied to advertisers.
• They are not used by Festive Portrait to create advertising featuring your family unless you have separately and expressly given us permission.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers to help operate Festive Portrait. These may include providers of secure cloud storage and hosting, image-generation technology, payment processing, printing and fulfilment, email services, analytics and customer support.

We provide these companies only with information reasonably necessary for them to perform the relevant service.

Your information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country in which you live.

Analytics, cookies and advertising

Uploaded family photographs are not provided to advertising platforms.

Children

Festive Portrait is intended to be purchased and used by adults.

Family photos may naturally include children. We only accept those photographs when they are uploaded by a parent, legal guardian or another adult who has permission to use them.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our service, fulfil orders, resolve problems, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to certain processing or opt out of certain marketing or advertising uses.

We do not sell personal information for money.
